Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at UPS, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence and engage with customers. This is a full-time remote position based in San Francisco, California, US at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. - Manage all social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring analytics, and responding to comments and messages. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize social media performance. - Monitor and report on social media metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in social media management. - Independent and driven personality traits. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns. - Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms.
