Position Summary:
As CEO of Startupr, you will lead both our mission to deliver unparalleled product design and development services and our journey towards broader goals. This role seeks a visionary capable of driving innovation, understanding the startup ecosystem’s nuances, and passionately leading Startupr into its next phase of growth.

Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop and execute a long-term strategy that encompasses Startupr’s current offerings while steering towards expanded roles, including incubators, accelerators, and educational initiatives.
Operational Excellence and Task Management: Ensure top-notch efficiency and effectiveness across all operations, with a particular focus on overcoming current task management bottlenecks. This involves setting clear priorities, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Market and Industry Insight: Keep abreast of trends, challenges, and opportunities in the startup ecosystem to ensure Startupr’s services remain cutting-edge and invaluable.
Business Development: Seek new growth avenues, including forging partnerships and entering new markets, to amplify Startupr’s reach and impact.
Community Engagement and Events: Cultivate a Startupr community by organizing events, conferences, and launching online courses, encouraging networking, mentorship, and collaboration among startups and investors.
Team Leadership and Development: Inspire, recruit, and mentor a team dedicated to innovation and excellence, fostering a culture that aligns with Startupr’s strategic objectives.

Offering:
Equity Stake: 10% equity in Startupr, vested over four years with a one-year cliff, acknowledging the crucial role of the CEO in our successful launch and long-term growth.
Holding Company Equity: An additional 1% equity from VOXE Holding, vested as an acknowledgment of the significant early contributions required for Startupr’s successful launch.
Compensation: Given the early stage of our venture, we are unable to offer financial compensation prior to launch. In recognition of this, and to align with our need for a self-sustaining individual who can lead Startupr to launch, we offer a substantial equity stake in the company.

Post-launch, compensation will transition to a net revenue share model, reflecting the CEO’s equity stake in Startupr. This approach is designed to reward early commitment and contribution to Startupr's success.

Experience:
Demonstrated leadership in the startup, tech, or product design and development companies with a history of steering businesses towards growth and innovation.
An entrepreneurial spirit with experience tackling startup challenges and seizing opportunities.
Deep understanding of product design and development, with an aptitude for leveraging best practices and new technologies.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, adept at navigating through growth and transition.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in building relationships, leading teams, and engaging communities.
