• Design custom insurance plans based on client needs and risk profiles.
• Process new accounts, update client information, and manage policy renewals.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Become a subject matter expert on insurance policies and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

++Requirements:

• Commission sales experience preferred
• Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting personally set goals
• Comfortable with face-to-face client interactions.
• Empathetic and dedicated to helping others achieve financial literacy.
• Proficient in computer and mobile applications.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
