Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Replenishment Functional Analyst with deep QA expertise to support a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires a hands-on testing leader with strong functional knowledge of replenishment processes and solid exposure to OMS environments.

While experience with Relex or similar planning platforms is preferred, we are open to exceptional candidates -Relex a Plus !!who demonstrate advanced replenishment testing depth and strong OMS integration experience.

This position requires relocation to Nashville, TN.

We are looking for quality over quantity — only highly qualified candidates with proven replenishment + QA depth will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional, regression, and integration testing across replenishment workflows.

• Validate forecast logic, order generation, inventory policies, safety stock settings, and system parameters.

• Analyze automated replenishment outputs including suggested purchase orders, allocation flows, store/DC inventory projections, and exception handling.

• Create detailed test scenarios, scripts, traceability matrices, and validation documentation.

• Validate end-to-end data flows between replenishment systems, OMS, ERP, and downstream execution systems.

• Identify and document defects with clear root cause analysis and partner with technical teams for resolution.

• Support UAT cycles, business validation sessions, and cross-functional sign-offs.

• Collaborate with supply chain, merchandising, planning, and IT teams to ensure system accuracy and operational alignment.

• Recommend process improvements to enhance replenishment accuracy, responsiveness, and system efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in replenishment, retail supply chain planning, or inventory operations.

• Strong hands-on QA experience in replenishment environments (functional, regression, integration, UAT).

• Deep understanding of:

  • Store & DC replenishment logic

  • Inventory planning methodologies

  • Purchasing workflows

  • Allocation & order management interactions

• Proven ability to validate system parameters, replenishment logic, and automated outputs.

• Strong OMS background with clear understanding of order lifecycle, inventory visibility, and fulfillment integration.

• Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, reactive retail environments.

• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness and ability to relocate to Nashville, TN.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Relex replenishment modules.

• Exposure to other retail planning platforms.

• SQL proficiency for validation and data analysis.

• Test automation experience (Selenium, Python, automation frameworks).
