What You'll Be Doing

• Operate mobile and plant equipment safely to support production needs
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
• Monitor material flow and make adjustments to maintain efficient plant operations
• Assist with housekeeping tasks to sustain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a strong safety-first culture

• Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment and production machinery

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in daily tasks

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
