• Personally solve difficult operational problems

• Drive a small team forward & unlock results

• Talk to customers/ teammates & prioritize accordingly

• Be the hub of all activity and maintain a continuous pulse on teammates efforts

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a startup founder

• STEM degree in Engineering, CS, Physics, Math, Economics, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience leading an early stage startup with some demonstrated successes
