We’re looking for a Personal Injury Intake Coach to train, guide, and mentor our reps who support U.S. personal injury law firms. You’ll be the person they turn to for direction, encouragement, and clarity—especially when handling complex cases, qualifying leads, and improving intake performance.

What You’ll Do

• Train and coach intake specialists working with U.S. law firms.
  
• Help agents improve their performance and task execution.
  
• Support task-based escalations when an agent faces a challenge.
  
• Identify process gaps and guide agents on how to troubleshoot.
  
• Motivate, follow up, and track progress during training sessions.
  
• Work closely with other trainers to share insights and best practices.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Experienced in personal injury intake processes and client communication.
• Confident in guiding, training, and coaching intake specialists to improve performance and consistency.
• Knowledgeable in personal injury case criteria, lead qualification, and best practices for capturing case details accurately.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, call platforms, case-management software, and other intake tools.
• Skilled in creating clear documentation, training materials, and workflow guidelines.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Formally educated in a related field such as law, paralegal studies, or communications—though strong hands-on personal injury intake experience is equally valued.
• A proactive problem-solver who works independently, communicates effectively, and collaborates well with remote teams to elevate intake quality and results.
