10754 - Sr. Business Process Analyst - SAP SD/LE & CRM Module (5 days on-site)

Purpose:

Analyze, define, and develop the organization's business process methods and practices. Assess requirements for internal business processes, ensuring compatibility with organizational strategic goals. Implement new processes, evaluate existing processes, and recommend optimal solutions and improvements.  Partner with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives. Use quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis. Research industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices. 

Essential Functions:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining Sales ERP SD, LE, MM, and related systems, such as CRM
• Configuring functions and workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications
• Defining requirements, scope, and objectives and translating into ERP solutions
• Collaborating with IT/business teams, external consultants, end users and other stakeholders
• Creating user guides, training curriculum, policies, and other pertinent documentation
• Researching, troubleshooting, and mitigating transactional and other ERP issues
• Performing business systems and workflow analysis, and disseminating technical communications
• Consulting for existing ERP ECC continuous improvement and preparations for S4/HANA migration
• Developing architectural and process documentations for Sales ERP domain, BPM and BPML
• Updating and maintaining all SAP ERP functional documentations

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of SAP ERP Module consulting, development, delivery, and operation experience
• 2+ years of ABAP programming and program delivery experience
• Proficient with prioritizing duties and meeting deadlines
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA Migration from ECC
• Experience in Business Process Re-engineering in manufacturing, heavy-machinery, or logistics sector
• Good communication skills – Oral and Written
• Occasional travel may be required.

Certifications:

SAP ERP Module Certification, ABAP Certification

Salary range: $98,060 to $151,008
