Night Shift Caregiver Needed – Rogersville, TN (8PM–8AM)

Private Duty Home Services is a locally owned, nurse-led home care agency serving the Tri-Cities area. We are currently hiring for a Rogersville client needing overnight care and are building a strong, reliable team to support consistent coverage.

Position Overview

We are hiring dependable caregivers for:

• 12-hour overnight shifts (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)


• Ongoing coverage for a client in Rogersville


• PRN support for additional nights and call-outs as needed

This role is ideal for caregivers who prefer night shifts and can remain awake, alert, and dependable throughout the shift.

All caregivers are hired in a PRN capacity, meaning hours are based on client demand and availability.
While this case offers consistent overnight hours, schedules may change based on client needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attendance and reliability (critical for overnight care)


• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged during night shifts


• Clear, professional communication


• Willingness to pick up additional overnight shifts when available


• Comfortable commuting to Rogersville


• Ability to work independently in a client’s home


• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license


• Reliable personal vehicle


• Active auto insurance


• Ability to pass background check and complete onboarding

What You’ll Do

• Provide non-medical overnight care and supervision


• Assist with personal care as needed


• Support safety, comfort, and routine throughout the night


• Light housekeeping and documentation


• Communicate any concerns or changes to the office promptly
