12 Volt Technician (1099 Contractor) (Regional Travel)

We’re seeking skilled and self-sufficient 12-Volt Technicians in the Denver region to handle telematics installs including GPS tracking units, dash cameras, and other fleet-related 12V equipment. This position involves regional travel within Colorado — no cross-country work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install GPS trackers, dash cams, and other aftermarket 12V systems in fleet vehicles
• Perform diagnostics and quality checks post-install
• Communicate with project managers and update job statuses
• Maintain a professional demeanor while working on-site with clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 12-volt electrical systems
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to travel throughout the Denver/Colorado region

Nice to Have:

• Experience with systems like Samsara, Lytx, Mobileye, or PeopleNet
• Background in fleet or commercial vehicle work
