Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver for a 13-year-old female patient requiring GJ-tube care in Glen Ellyn IL. 60137 RN up to $42/LPN up to $33

Evening shift required

Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm- very easy case and great family!

Weekends optional!

Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Niklife Home Care Inc. Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to clients as outlined in their individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the supervising Registered Nurse.
Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
Educate clients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.

Requirements

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Experience in pediatric nursing or home health care preferred.
Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and catheter care procedures.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
Ability to work independently while following established protocols and guidelines.
