1. Lead the mechanical design of automatic equipment

2. Development of self-designed automatic equipment and schedule control

3. Self-designed automatic equipment debugging and problems solving

4. Innovative total solution for customer's automation requirements

5. Prepare proposal reports for stakeholders

6. Control the project's budget and balance ROIC to accomplish projects on cost-efficiency-oriented.

7. Create mechanical parts BOM list and spare parts management

8. On-site support self-designed equipment setting up at Vietnam and Mexico 1~3 months

9. Layout Design of Automation Equipment Mechanism with SolidWorks and AutoCAD
