[주요업무]

• 환경 및 안전관리
- 안전·환경 법규 준수, 현장 안전관리, 사고 예방 및 교육, 관련 인허가·신고 업무
• 자산 및 임대 관리
- 회사 자산·임대차 계약 관리, 계약 조건 검토, 자산 현황 및 문서 관리
• 시설 유지보수 및 관리
- 설비·건물 유지보수 계획 수립, 외주업체 관리, 시설 점검·보수 및 에너지 효율화
• 홍성공장 총무 업무
- 공장 운영 지원 전반(행정·비품·복리후생), 사내 행사 및 대외 협력 업무

[자격요건]

• 산업안전기사 必

• 컴퓨터 활용능력 우수자

• 기타 시설물 관리 자격증 소지자

[우대사항]

• 대기환경기사 자격증 소지자

• 인근 거주자

• 총무 관련 업무 경험자
