[주요업무]

• 영문 계약서 검토 및 작성

- 각종 해외 계약서의 법률 검토 및 수정 제안

• 계약 협상 지원

- 계약 조건(가격 조정 조항, 책임 범위, Warranty 등)에 대한 법률 자문 제공 및 협상 참여

• 분쟁 대응

- 분쟁 발생 시 법률 이슈 분석 및 대응 방안 수립

[자격요건]

• 해외 계약 검토 및 법무 실무 경력 5년 이상

• 영문 계약서 작성 및 검토 원리 이해 및 실무 경험

[우대사항]

• Business Partner와 Claim, 분쟁해결과정에서 lettering 및 Claim Dossier 작성 경험

• 미국 등 영미권 국가의 상업 법규 및 계약 관련 실무 경험

• 제조, 건설, 에너지 등 특정 산업 분야 해외 계약 경험
