Accompanying the employee's lifecycle in the field of payroll – from onboarding to termination of employment.
Handling retirement processes, compensation calculations, and finalizing accounts.
Handling payroll forms (101, 106, 161, etc.) and reports to authorities and institutional bodies (tax, social security, pension)
Handling cases of work accidents and dealing with the relevant parties (National Insurance, insurance companies)
Providing professional service and response to employees, managers, and internal organizational interfaces (such as HR, finance, etc.)
Generate reports, perform payroll controls, and improve processes
Work in accordance with labor laws, wage procedures, and regulations.
