Responsibilities

• Perform thorough diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of GM vehicles to ensure optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.


• Accurately document all service procedures, parts used, and time spent to maintain detailed service records.


• Collaborate closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to provide seamless, efficient service experiences.


• Stay current with GM automotive technology and service techniques through ongoing training and certification updates.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all company and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid 1GM certification demonstrating proficiency in servicing GM vehicles.
