This company has been a leading manufacturer of trailer axels and brakes within numerous markets for over 60 years. Assembly Job summary:
- 1st Shift - $18.14/hr.
- Hours - 6am – 2pm plus mandatory OT
- Must be flexible to work Overtime – 10 hours plus Saturday 8-10 hours
- Full time – fast paced
Assembly Duties:
- Feeding, stripping, hand twisting, crimping, and heat shrinking wires
- Installing various components using hand and air tools
- Verifying shop orders and paint certification marks
- Packing, stacking, and banding axles to prepare for shipment
- Be dependable and detail oriented
- Flexible to work overtime as required
Assembly Qualifications:
- Be able to lift up to 55 lbs. or more consistently
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have general math skills and be proficient at reading a tape measure
- Prior manufacturing / assembly line experience helpful
- Diploma/GED not required
