1st SHIFT BLANCHARD GRINDER OPERATOR

Venango Machine is seeking an experienced, skilled 1st shift Blanchard Grinder Operator. Pay is based on experience, up to $25.00 per hour. Overtime is required, including Saturdays.

 Required Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and use shop measuring tools
• Use precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and scales to check dimensions
• Experience with overhead cranes or forklifts.
• Attention to detail to maintain tight tolerances and proper surface finishes.
• PM Machine daily
• Grind to the following tolerances: .003" - .015" on thickness. Grind parts flat and par to .003"
• Debur and clean parts before and after grinding process
• Grinding of non- magnetic materials
