1st Shift General Production

Position Overview:
This role involves various tasks related to the creation, inspection, and shipment of custom-built products. Depending on the assignment, team members may:

1. Utilize equipment ranging from compact tools to larger machinery in the fabrication process

2. Participate in hands-on product construction as part of a production team

3. Examine items to ensure they meet specified standards

4. Modify components to accommodate hardware using precision tools

5. Handle raw materials, including preparation and transportation

6. Organize, wrap, and prepare completed goods for dispatch

7. Perform general operational support tasks as needed

8. Keep tools, equipment, and workstations clean and organized, while strictly adhering to safety practices

Desired Background:

• Prior involvement in a production setting involving wood-based products such as cabinetry or architectural fixtures

• Experience working in a factory or logistics-related environment

• Familiarity with structural or construction-related materials

• Ability to carry out basic measurements and perform straightforward calculations
