1st Shift Maintenance Manager

The Manager will maintain property, plant, and equipment to support and improve the safe production and performance of the operations, as well as develop and implement process controls to provide for improved equipment performance.

The person filling this role will be responsible for providing technical leadership in support of lean manufacturing objectives and contribute to the team by providing technical expertise on food manufacturing plants, process line machinery, equipment maintenance, process improvements, and implementation of new installations.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting, mechanical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, at least 5 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing, familiarity with preventative maintenance systems, and extensive mechanical and electrical experience.

This position reports to the Operations Manager.
