We have an opening for a Maintenance Team lead on 1st SHIFT and we are looking to fill this position with a qualified candidate. Below are the responsibilities and qualifications that we have outlined for the position:

Lead culture and processes

Automation Tech’s will directly report to Maintenance Team Lead

Lead training 

Assess and lead coverage for all areas 

Verify and assess check sheets each day 

Delegate projects and workload accordingly. 

Create communication 

Learn all setups 

Refurbish and rebuild machines

Self-Initiate equipment and building projects under the direction of Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Perform building maintenance

Lead preventive maintenance in all areas

Perform basic and advanced electrical work and troubleshooting

Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications

Self-motivated

Eager to learn

Team oriented 

Leadership Mindset 

Excellent Computer Skills 

1yr+ in a maintenance role

PLC and sensors experience

Ability to read and dissect wiring and mechanical schematics to troubleshoot problems

Pneumatic  Systems 

Fabrication Experience

Bonus- Maintenance certifications and Formal Training
