1st Shift Production Team Member

Looking for a stable opportunity with a company that values teamwork and continuous learning? Ventura Manufacturing is seeking full-time Production Team Members to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality components and assemblies used in furniture, automotive and other consumer products. You’ll work in a hands-on manufacturing environment, learn multiple jobs throughout the production process, and contribute to a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform production and assembly tasks safely and efficiently
• Rotate between workstations and learn multiple processes
• Maintain quality standards and follow work instructions
• Work collaboratively to meet production goals
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency 
• Contribute to a positive team environment built on trust, respect and accountability

Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
