The Role
Join the POLYWOOD® Shipping Department, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products reach customers efficiently and safely. This is an active, hands-on position requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Unload, store, and organize inbound materials to support all teams.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Accounting, and Inventory Control to verify and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Manage spare pallet inventory, ensuring daily sorting and organization.
• Transfer finished products between buildings and support Shipping with material handling tasks.
• Operate forklifts and trucks for material transfers and truck scheduling.
• Keep work areas organized by stocking empty pallets and emptying trash hoppers.

• Reliable and proactive employees who take initiative in organizing and supporting daily operations.
• Detail-focused workers who can maintain accurate inventory and manage materials efficiently.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with others.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in handling and preparing shipments.
• Forklift Experience (Preferred): Prior experience or certification is a plus but not required.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adjust to a dynamic shipping environment.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
