1st Shift Shipping/Receiving Lead - NE

Nordic Cold Chain Solutions has an opening in our Omaha, NE manufacturing plant for a 1st Shipping/Receiving Lead. We are looking for a dependable and self-motivated individual, who has some prior supervision skills in a team lead type position. Previous manufacturing or production environment experience is preferred. Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operating standup forklift
• Entering and transferring inventory on the floor
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Staging orders

QUALIFICATIONS:

• · High school diploma or general education (GED)
• · Experience with fill line or packaging equipment preferred
• · Ability to read, understand and write data in English
• · Maintain good attendance record
• · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be reliable and punctual is a must
• · 2+ years of previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• · Previous machine operating experience in the packaging industry a plus
• · Ability to lift to 50 lbs., to stand, walk, twist and turn frequently
