1st shift Technician

The Technician is responsible for diagnosing and resolving equipment and system issues, supporting technology deployments, coordinating with vendors and internal partners, and driving continuous improvement in uptime and operational efficiency. This position provides hands-on support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform printer maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Monitor and maintain bots and automation equipment.
• Establish preventative maintenance methods and analyze machinery and tools.
• Schedule and assist with equipment training.
• Maintain part and tote inventory.
• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Submit and manage support tickets.
• Gather, analyze, and process information to identify and resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment, systems, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of software and server management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or work order systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with staff, contractors, and leadership teams.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, resourceful, and adaptable.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours at a time.
• Ability to safely use and handle various tools.
• Willingness to operate a scissor lift and work at various heights.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
