SUMMARY:
The Production Operator is responsible for safely operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring product quality, and supporting efficient production processes. This role ensures production targets, safety standards, and quality requirements are consistently met. Compounds, mixes and blends product batches, runs production lines and transfers finished product into totes by performing the following duties:
Work Schedule:
1st Shift - 5:45 A.M. - 2:15 P.M.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to read reports and complete reports in English.
