ABOUT YOU

• You hold or will soon hold a California Teaching Credential or you are a current substitute or an LA Unified Teacher Assistant or Aide who has a Bachelor's degree
• You have a deep respect and love for the students and families within our communities, which are predominantly Black/African American and Latinx
• You believe in the Partnership's mission to transform schools to revolutionize school systems, empowering all students with a high-quality education
• Our core values of courage, creativity, collective action, and continuous improvement speak to you
• You actively promote and act in ways that are anti-racist and foster a culture of diversity, equity, including, and belonging in and out of your classroom

BENEFITS

• National Board Certification salary increase of up to 15%: LAUSD pays teachers who hold National Board Certification up to 15% more than base salary: 7.5% in recognition of the certification and 7.5% upon completion of 92 hours of professional duties outside the normal duties and hours.
