2025 Summer Aquatics Team - Swim Lesson Instructor

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our seasonal team as Swim Lesson Instructors. This role offers the opportunity to teach a lifelong skill that promotes safety, builds confidence, and helps children develop both in and out of the water. This position is both impactful and rewarding, allowing you to make a real difference in the lives of children. Work Hours:

Note: Applicants must be available to work one weekend day in addition to weekday shifts.

As a Swim Lesson Instructor, you will:

• Teach essential water safety skills and swimming techniques.


• Help children gain confidence and feel comfortable in the water.


• Provide encouragement and support, fostering personal growth and self-assurance.


• Serve as a positive role model for young swimmers and their families.

This position must possess the following qualifications:

• High school or Middle school student, high school graduate, or G.E.D.
• Minimum age of 15 is required
• A valid work permit is required, if under the age 16
• Or, any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
