Responsibilities
Daily Expectations for Your Role

• Deploy delivery robots on time to meet scheduled delivery windows.

• Monitor robot availability, battery levels, and overall fleet efficiency.

• Step in with remote control when robots need help navigating tricky scenarios.

• Coordinate fulfillment processes and support seamless delivery handoffs.

• Track robot performance, flag and report any technical issues.

• Apply known workarounds or fixes when systems glitch.

• Document and escalate order-related concerns as needed.

Qualifications for Success
What It Takes

Minimum Requirements:

• Proficiency in English for effective written and verbal communication

• Strong map reading and navigation abilities

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Fast, effective problem-solving skills and good judgment under pressure

• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

• Basic familiarity with remote operations and fleet tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in Automotive Repair

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace

• Experience working in fast-paced or high-pressure environments

Working Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX. The position follows a 4-day workweek (4 x 10-hour shifts) and is offered as a long-term contract. Candidates must be local to the Austin area or open to relocation.
