The Production Department is responsible for producing creative ideas to their utmost potential, on time and on budget.

A Producer is trusted to lead and deliver important projects to our highest standard and at the best value to our clients, with little to no supervision from an Executive Producer or Head Of Production.

Major Responsibilities/Primary Functions

• Independently manages mid-to-large scale productions


• Actively manages all aspects of the production to ensure that the creative ambition as well as client budget and timelines are met


• Accurately schedules, plans, scopes and cost estimates any production


• Possesses best-in-class knowledge and relationships with production vendors. Able to expertly select and source vendors appropriate to the project at hand


• Establishes process , protocol and specs for the account


• Seeks cost efficiency methods on behalf of the client


• Works closely with the creative, account, business affairs, traffic and other departments from concepting to delivery


• Proficient knowledge of production costs and rates with ability to successfully negotiate bids and prepare client facing estimates


• Builds a strong client relationship as it pertains to matters of production


• Thorough understanding of the production industry and process


• Proactively introduces diversity and sustainability initiatives to their projects


• Trusted creative voice to their teammates


• Capable of producing across a variety of mediums and production categories, inclusive of live events, photography, activations, etc.


• Strong focus on finding new talent

• 5-10 years of experience in advertising production
