Saint Patrick Catholic School is currently seeking an Advancement Associate to nurture and support the Director of Advancement and the administrative staff for the 2026-2027 Academic School Year.

Founded in 2005, Saint Patrick Catholic School (Norfolk, Virginia) is an independent Catholic school with an enrollment of approximately 419 students in grades pre-kindergarten through eight. Responsibilities
Work with the Alumni Coordinator on the Annual Fund, Giving Thanks Programs, and Annual Breakfast
Manage all donor tracking and send out informational packages
Process and maintain records of all gifts and pledge transactions
Prepares receipts and acknowledgement letters for gifts received
Assists in creating e-newsletters and all printed materials used for development and marketing
Aids in the planning and implementation of all fundraising events and Evenings at Saint Patrick
Responsible for ordering the Wolfhound Spirit Store merchandise and preparing all orders for pick-up
Puts together the welcome packages to the new faculty and staff upon hire for HR
Coordinates with parent volunteers for planned Hound Down Days
Attends after-school events and assists with the concession stand when needed.
Attend regular faculty and department meetings and contribute to teamwork and positive morale
Participate in faith formation experiences
Perform other duties as directed by the school administration
Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, possess strong interpersonal skills
Must be computer savvy and know Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds, climb stairs, bend, crouch, crawl, stoop, and run
Authorized to work in the United States
Education and Experience
College Degree preferred
Great opportunity for someone looking to get into the Marketing or Advertising field
