未経験でも安心してスタートできます♪

【仕事内容：エレベーターの故障等の電話対応＆データ入力】

・エレベーターの監視業務
　PCでエレベーターを監視しています。
　異常があればシステムに信号が届くため内容を確認→保守要員の手配をして頂きます。

・エレベーターが故障した際の受電対応
　1日20〜30コールを3〜4名で対応します
　災害が発生した時は増える可能性あり
　あくまでも一次対応なので安心してください

・受電した内容をシステムへ入力
　PCの文字入力が出来ればOK！

コールセンターのご経験者の方、歓迎です！

服装はオフィスカジュアルで、制服はブルゾンの貸与あり
