2-3 Week Temp Receptionist - Urgent

Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist for a large office organization in Santa Rosa, CA. This role is estimated to last 2-3 weeks, paying $20/hr, Mon-Fri 8-5pm! Apply today!

 Strong desire for customer service: fantastic communicator, listener and on the spot problem solver (minimum 1+ years of client facing customer service).

 Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. You need to pay attention to the client in-front of you or to focus on your immediate tasks at hand, but always willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in where help is needed.

 Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them. Be adaptable to a changing environment and work toward solutions in the moment.

 Dynamic, positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations

 Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment

 Proficient in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong verbal and written communication skills
