The Dental Spa Main Line -- Front Desk Receptionist -- Join Our High-End Prosthodontic Practice!

We are a private, boutique dental practice seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team! We are a fee-for-service cosmetic and restorative practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and the highest level of care in a warm, welcoming environment.

Our passionate team is excited to add the right person to a key front office role with strong growth potential. As the practice continues to expand, this position will evolve and offer opportunities to take on greater responsibility, including elements of office management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments

• Checking and responding to voicemails and emails

• Greeting patients and checking them in and out

• Filing insurance claims and tracking claim status

• End-of-month reporting

• Social media posting

• General administrative support

Compensation is $26–$28 per hour, based on experience, and includes a competitive benefits package with health insurance (if needed), a Simple IRA retirement plan, two weeks of paid time off, and paid holidays.

Hours are approximately 36 hours per week:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:15am–4:45pm

• Wednesday: Flexible (minimum of 4 hours)

• Friday: 8:00am–1:30pm
