25-2207: Senior Database Manager - Linthicum, MD

• Design, implement, and maintain PostgreSQL databases in AWS.
• Develop backup/recovery procedures and automate administration.
• Provide technical support to developers and business units.
• Drive performance monitoring and capacity planning.
• Define indexing, file organization, and security procedures.
• Lead logical/physical database design and migration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years in database systems development and maintenance.
• 6+ years administering on-prem/cloud PostgreSQL or other RDBMS.
• Strong AWS database management and scripting expertise.
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
• HHS program database experience strongly preferred.
