Our schools are searching for awe-inspiring Behavior Specialists to guide our students as they climb the mountain to college and beyond. Our Behavior Specialists are dynamic leaders both in and outside of their classroom. They love students, working with families, and the community they serve.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
We have Behavior Specialists on two teams (Special Education Team and Culture Team), and their responsibilities are different.

KIPP NJ offers competitive salaries to newly hired Behavior Specialists. Salaries are set based on a scale with a range of $37,440-$65,940 based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, KIPP NJ offers a generous benefits package including, but not limited to, the following:
