Job Description - 25-26 Stipend Roles (Internal Only)

Notes



  • Stipend roles are open only to currently employed Lab staff members; no external candidates will be considered.

  • Applicants who successfully performed the role during the 2024-2025 will be automatically considered for the role (do not need to reapply) and will have priority in the application process. If the person currently in the role is no longer interested, other applicants will be considered.

Senior Activities Coordinator  (Lindsay) $1000.00 OPEN


Responsible for senior activities including senior week, graduation, and prom and ongoing communication with senior families



Enrichment Lead (K-12) (Meg) $2,250.00 Current qualified candidate

Candidates MUST:



  • Show clear commitment to, belief in, and alignment with the Lab vision, mission, and values;

  • Be able/willing to learn how to fulfill the responsibilities associated with each role;

  • Be excelling in their current role and demonstrate capacity, and the organization and time management skills to manage additional responsibilities;

  • ​Hold an appropriate degree from a relevant institution;

  • Demonstrate experience in, and passion for, working with diverse populations.


In addition, the Lab School Hiring Committee will look favorably upon candidates who:


PREPARATION:



  • Are appropriately licensed or willing to obtain relevant licensure;

  • Have relevant experience;

  • Have comfort with relevant technology and experience with Google Suite;

  • Possess strong management skills;

  • Are exceptionally organized and have the ability to prioritize effectively and meet competing deadlines;
