26-1086: Integration Lead - Camp Springs, MD

• Lead the end-to-end integration strategy and execution to mature Zero Trust capabilities across the environment
• Provide expert guidance to teams delivering security integrations (identity, access, device, network, application, and data protections).
• Establish integration governance: technical standards, patterns, integration roadmaps, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and change impacts to maintain delivery timelines and performance objectives.
• Report integration progress, blockers, and outcomes to the Government Program Manager and recommend corrective actions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field required.
• 8+ years of experience developing and delivering security integrations across Zero Trust capabilities.
• Demonstrated senior-level leadership guiding integration performance and meeting program objectives/requirements.
• Strong background coordinating technical teams to integrate, operationalize, and mature enterprise security capabilities.
