Position Summary:
The RISE (Reflect. Improve. Strengthen. Evolve.) The Instructional Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Tier 1 and 2 programming at BCHS that provides targeted social-emotional-behavioral (SEB) support at the Tier 2 level. This program acknowledges the critical impact of repeated student infractions and peer conflicts on the learning environment. It seeks to address these challenges through responsive small groups, peer and family mediation, and a collaborative approach with the existing school teams. This is an 11-month position that is supervised by the Network Managing Director of Student Support.
