Job Responsibilities:-

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to procurement and sourcing processes.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP Ariba solutions to support procurement operations, including sourcing, contract management, procurement, and supplier management.
• Customize SAP Ariba functionalities as needed to meet specific business needs, including catalog management, workflow configuration, and integration with other systems.
• Lead system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP Ariba implementations.
• Provide training and support to end-users for SAP Ariba functionalities and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Ariba configurations, interfaces, and integrations.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP Ariba developments, best practices, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, IT, and suppliers, to ensure alignment of SAP Ariba solutions with overall business objectives.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and optimize SAP Ariba functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with SAP Ariba, including implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, and Supplier Management.
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba integration with other systems (e.g., SAP ERP) and third-party solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP Ariba certification(s) preferred.
