Reports To: Production Supervisor

Job Status: Full-Time

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday – Friday

(Overtime and weekends as needed)

Initial Training: 1st Shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), with flexible options available

We print and mail essential documents for customers nationwide. As a 2nd Shift Inserter Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer mailings are accurate, organized, and completed on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, takes pride in precision, and likes being part of a dependable production team—especially during the afternoon and evening hours.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and maintain high-speed inserter machines

• Read and follow job instructions to ensure accurate mailings

• Monitor quality throughout production to meet established standards

• Troubleshoot machine issues to keep production running smoothly

• Complete work orders and production documentation accurately

• Monitor postage meters and notify leadership when replenishment is needed

• Handle, stage, and store production materials properly after each job

• Assist with hand inserting and other production tasks as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support facility housekeeping

• Follow production schedules and help meet daily output goals

• Recommend process improvements that support quality and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience

• Basic math and computer skills

• Experience with inserters, mail sorting, or production equipment is a plus

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and stay organized

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
