2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor - Sterile Filling

Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor - Sterile Filling, at our Shawnee, KS facility.

List Responsibilities 

1. Oversee department specific operations meeting quality and safety standards.


2. Ensure operations are efficient and organized.


3. Report non-conforming events immediately and work through the required resolution.


4. Promote a collaborative work environment and find and implement process improvements.


5. Other duties as assigned.  

List Requirements 

1. Associate degree in related discipline or technical certificate preferred, or minimum three years related supervisory or lead role experience.


2. Five years manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or other highly regulated environment (desired).


3. Thoroughly understand cGMP regulations and requirements, translate operational details, and communicate with work staff.


4. Demonstrate leadership and coaching skills, including interpersonal and organizational skills and coach and mentor personnel to consistent exacting standards.


5. Effective oral and written communication skills.


6. Demonstrate critical thinking skills by identifying and resolving issues.


7. Execute tactical plans and maintain established timelines and budgets.


8. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with primary support functions.
