2nd Shift Narrow Web Flexographic Press Operator II

Description

As a team member at our organization, you will be operating some of the most advanced and innovative printing equipment in the industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Set up, operate, and maintain a narrow web flexographic press in a safe, efficient manner, ensuring all customer requirements (quality, safety, and on-time delivery) are met

· Troubleshoot press problems and take corrective action to ensure the job is completed to customer specifications

· Perform periodic scheduled maintenance, including minor repairs

· Maintain accurate records and coordinate with management regarding production issues

· Comply with company policies, procedures, and core processes

· Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

· High School diploma or equivalent required

· Minimum of five years as a flexographic press operator; Nilpeter FA Series experience preferred

· Good mathematical skills

· Strong mechanical aptitude

· Basic computer skills

· Ability to read a tape measure

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to read and write in English

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs

· Willingness to work overtime as needed

· Good attendance record

· Ability to maintain the highest safety standards

· Ability to meet or exceed company productivity and waste metrics
