2nd Shift Production Helper

Description

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Primary helper on at least one line with ability to nest, stack and package material coming off of the line
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist in the loading of raw materials to the production lines
• Transport raw materials from one place to another
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met
• Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required
• Trains other employees in basic labor functions
• Operates equipment under strict safety requirements
• Properly fill out coil tags, ensuring footage is correct to aid with inventory

Check finished goods for quality, width, and length 

Requirements

  Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 75 lbs. and push heavy materials around the plant
• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours with constant walking and pivoting on hard concrete surface in a variety of temperatures
