Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Supervisor
Pay: $28–$30/hour
Location: Catoosa, OK
Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Position Overview:

Stand-By Personnel is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for our client in Catoosa. This role is responsible for supporting and overseeing daily plant operations, ensuring production goals are met efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, process improvement expertise, and a strong understanding of manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze setup times and verify accuracy; review labor hours to meet production control schedules

· Establish and maintain expected production standards; monitor team performance

· Provide leadership in areas including safety, machine operation, sanitation, quality, customer service, and maintenance

· Maintain a strong understanding of company expectations for accuracy, quality, and timeliness; implement methods to exceed those expectations

· Review production orders and schedules to determine material needs, delivery timelines, and workload planning

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives

· Promote productivity and cost-efficiency while maintaining a safe and clean work environment

· Uphold high housekeeping standards across the facility

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing production environment

· At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

· Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

· Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
