Job Role: Production Worker
Job Purpose
The purpose of the Production Worker position is to assist in multiple manufacturing processes while maintaining general maintenance, safety, and quality standards established by the government, state, and CompletePet.
Job Responsibilities
The responsibility of the Production Worker includes, but is not limited to the following:
· Operate and maintain production equipment.
· Abide by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) established by Green Mountain Animal, LLC.
· Appropriately annotate all forms by following Good Documentation Practices.
· Perform daily cleaning in an efficient and timely manner and by company standards.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
· Ability to lift, carry, and stack up to 50lbs several times throughout a shift.
· Ability to walk, bend, squat, and climb stairs.
· Dexterity in joints (shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers), involving continuous repetitive motion for most workstations.
Qualifications
· Must be at least 18 years or older.
· Ability to learn job.
· Basic math skills required.
· Reliable Transportation and the ability to be consistently punctual.
2nd Shift is eligible for a $3 shift differential. 2nd Shift's hours are 4:15 pm - 12:45 am (Monday - Friday).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, plus shift differential for evenings
