Position Summary: 

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a RADAN / Batching specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing batch jobs for our manufacturing processes using the RADAN/Batching software. 

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage batch jobs for our manufacturing processes using the RADAN software
• Analyze production requirements and determine appropriate batch quantities and timings
• Monitor batch jobs and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient production
• Maintain accurate records of batch jobs and production data
• Continuously evaluate and improve batch processes for optimal efficiency

• Attendance
• Orders completed on time
• Productivity (Programming time)
• Accuracy
• Batch Utilization

Requirements

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  

• Proficiency in RADAN software and batch job creation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of organization and time-management skills
• Ability to read blueprints and drawing
• Ability to calculate measurements to insure parts are correct before they are cut out of metal
