2nd Shift Team Lead- Baggage Door Department

We are currently seeking a Team Lead to join our 2nd shift to support daily operations in our baggage door department. In this role, you will lead the team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and oversee router, press brake, and assembly processes.

You will be responsible for hands-on work as well as leading the team to meet production, quality, and safety goals. The right person for this position will have excellent communication and decision-making skills, the ability to self-manage and multitask, and the ability to foster a positive team environment. Shift: 2nd Shift | 1:00pm-9:00pm

• Lead, coach and support a team of approximately 10 team members across 3 departments
• Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining quality standards
• Assist with hands on assembly by using hand and measuring tools
• Assist with running a router and aluminum press brake
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Train new team members and support ongoing development

What we’re looking for:

• Previous manufacturing/assembly experience
• Forklift experience preferred
• Prior leadership or team lead experience 
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading
• High attention to detail 
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual preferred with strong communication skills
