Description

Irontown Modular is looking for individuals ready to learn and grow with our company. Full time positions available. 2+ years of experience required. We focus on single and multi-family high-quality modular homes with a focus on sustainability and energy-efficient building. Must be able to work well with others on a fast-paced crew. Must have own bags and hand tools.

Come and work in our Factory where the weather is not snowing, or too hot, or raining!

Come and work in our Factory and not have to travel from site to site!

Come and work in our Factory and be guaranteed at least 40 hours per week!

Come and work in our Factory Monday-Thursday, and have 3 day weekends to work on personal projects or be with family!

Requirements

 Your responsibilities will include, but not limited, to the following:

• May need to travel to various jobsites dependent on potential warranty work required.
• Required to be a “bags on” Crew Member working on completing site work and stitch work as needed. 
• Completing projects on time and on budget.
• Required to have intimate hands on knowledge in all types of installation of windows and flashing work.
• Must be able to work unsupervised but be able to take direction and report to Lead. 
• Work within the Factory will be your main focus, unless needed to travel out of town.
• Bring your experience and can-do attitude to our team.
• A self-starter with relevant experience.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds without restrictions.
• Need to be willing to learn other construction trades.

Salary: DOE

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 10-hour days – 40 hours guaranteed.

Occasional overtime as projects dictates.
