3014 - Specialist, Information Assurance Compliance II (SIAC2)

Job Description

Provide information assurance and compliance support by ensuring Navy systems adhere to cybersecurity policies, standards, and accreditation requirements throughout the system lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance with DoD IA and cybersecurity policies


• Track and manage POA&Ms and corrective actions


• Support audits, inspections, and cybersecurity reviews


• Validate security controls and compliance documentation


• Coordinate with system owners and ISSOs

Qualifications (Citizenship, Education, Experience, Skills)

• Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required


• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


• Experience: Minimum 6 years IA / cybersecurity compliance experience


• Skills: Compliance tracking; documentation; risk analysis; attention to detail

Required Systems, Tools, and Framework Experience

• Frameworks: RMF, NIST 800-53, DoDI 8510.01


• Systems: eMASS, STIG tools


• Tools: Excel, compliance tracking tools


• Security Handling: CUI and sensitive cybersecurity data
